yeah well, i don’t know about that, but my legs sure-as-sh!t felt like bricks today. wtf?
Not sure what the deal was– too little calories, not enough sleep?– but my calves were as tight as a sailor’s knot, and then, just when my calves started to loosen up, my quads started aching. Stopped after 1.5 miles (sissybritches!). Will try again tomorrow. Not the first time in my life that I’ve abandoned a run (and likely not the last).
