… told him to stop with the sexual references.  strictly “friends only”.  i’ve been “weaning” him for months…  he has a temper and i had to do it very carefully.   holding my breath.

migraine is finally gone.  and i’m heading out to run…

i haven’t had a migraine in forever… since last fall.  but this one?  a doozie.  stayed home from work today.  have doctor’s appt tomorrow afternoon, so will likely stay home tomorrow as well.
